Rehearsal
The reason for the rehearsal is to relieve the participants of anxiety and confusion on the day of your wedding. Please have all the people at the rehearsal that will be participating in your wedding. Prompt arrival is important. Your rehearsal should not take more than 1 hour.
Music
Music may play an important part of your wedding. Please select music that will be appropriate for this type of ceremony. Our Wedding Hostess will help you make arrangements for an organist or a pianist. If you desire to have another person play the pipe organ, that person would have to meet with our organist prior to the ceremony for approval. If vocal music is desired, the parties making arrangements must engage the singers and the rehearsal should be arranged with the organist/pianist prior to the rehearsal. For the organist to attend the rehearsal there will be an additional $50 charge.
Flowers and Candles
Select any florist you wish. The church will be open one hour prior to the wedding for deliveries. We have 1 fan and 2 spiral candelabras available for weddings. Candles must be smokeless and dripless. The cost of the candles is $50 and they can be purchased from the wedding hostess. If a unity candle is used, it will be provided by the bride and groom.
Children:
Experience has shown that young children become very fearful when they are expected to enter a room full of strangers. Please keep this in mind when choosing children for your wedding.
Photographer
The photographer of your choice may take photos. Time exposures are recommended for during the ceremony. If pictures are to be taken before the ceremony, we recommend that a time be set up for the bride and groom to be alone together before picture time begins. The photo session must be completed ½ hour prior to the time of the wedding. No photographers are to be on the platform with the wedding party, or in the front of the center aisle during the ceremony.
Time of Arrival
Ushers should be ready to greet all guests one-half hour before the service begins. Dressing rooms are available for the bridal party to dress at the church.

The use of drugs and alcoholic beverages in and around the church is not permitted. Food or beverages are not to be taken into the sanctuary. Please advise your wedding party of this.
Wedding Fees

Please understand that the suggested donations paid to the church will in no means covers the real costs to the church. Instead they represent a gift to the church to assist in its ministry.
